Shipping And Handling UK orders incur a post and packing charge of £4.50. For deliveries outside the British mainland, please contact us by email before placing your order. Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland and overseas orders will be sent by the most effective way for which you will be charged accordingly.

Delivery Schedule We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 5 working days, using Royal Mail First Class delivery. For international orders please allow for consequent longer delivery times.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will order the product(s) for you. You will always be alerted in this situation, via email, with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns If you receive goods that you did not order then we will ensure that the correct items are sent at no extra cost and we will cover the cost of returning the incorrect items. Please contact us if this is the case. We will accept returns up to 10 days from the date they were dispatched.

Credit Card Security All card information is made via the secure servers of PayPal - we never see this information at all - we only see your address and the items you have ordered.
